Curry Chickpeas with Spinach

Four (4) Servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes


- 1 Can of Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)
- 2 Cups of Baby Spinach
- 1 Tablespoon of Garam Masala
- ½ White Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Clove of Garlic (Minced)
- Salt & Pepper to Taste


- Pour olive oil into a skillet or frying pan over medium high heat.
- Add Chopped Onions to the pan. Heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add Minced Garlic. Continue stirring for another 1 minute.
- Sprinkle Garam Masala over Onions and Garlic. Stir occasionally for one minute, or until Onions are a light golden brown.
- Pour Garbanzo Beans into the pan. Heat for 2½ to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add Baby Spinach and Salt & Pepper for taste. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Add one Cup of Water. Heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve & Enjoy!
