Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers

Six (6) Peppers; Three (3) Servings

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

- 3 Green Bell Peppers (Halved)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (Chopped)
- 1/2 White Onion (Sliced)
- 1 Cup of Baby Portobello Mushrooms (Sliced)
- 1/4 lb. of Pre-Sliced Provolone Cheese
- 8 oz. of Flank Steak (Thinly Sliced)
- 3 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
- 2 Teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Olive Oil
- (Optional): 1/4 Cup of Sweet Pickled Peppers

Directions:

- Pour Olive Oil into large skillet over medium heat to prevent sticking.
- Add Onions to skillet. Stir for approximately 1 minute.
- Add Garlic and Red Peppers. Stir for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add Mushrooms and Salt & Pepper Mix. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add sliced Stir-Fry Beef. After 1 minute, add Worcestershire Sauce. Cook for 7-9 minutes (until meat is cooked through), stirring occasionally.
- (Optional): Add 1/4 Cup of Sweet Pickled Peppers approximately 5 minutes after adding beef.
- Remove from skillet.
- Add 1/2 slice of Provolone Cheese (three slices total) to inside of three halved Green Peppers.
- Scoop equal amounts of cooked Beef and Vegetable mix into Green Peppers.
- Lay another 1/2 slice of Provolone Cheese (three slices total) over each.
- Bake at 400° for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Serve & Enjoy!
