-Heat 4 TBSP. Olive Oil in Skillet Over Medium Heat
-Add Chicken (Seasoned With Salt & Pepper) And Cook For Roughly 5 Minutes Per Side.
-Remove Chicken And Set Aside, Covered.
-Add Your Onion And Cook Until Slightly Carmelized.
-Add Peppers And Minced Garlic And Stir Together.
-Add Chicken To The Onions And Peppers And Allow Flavors To Combine.
-Add The Juice Of 1 Lime
-Stir in Cilantro
