- 1 lb. of Raw Salmon
- ¼ Cup of Pesto Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to Season
Preparation
- Lay Salmon on aluminum foil in a large baking pan.
- Sprinkle Salt & Pepper mix, lightly covering the entire piece.
- Coat Salmon with a thin, even layer of Pesto Sauce.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes, or until Salmon is opaque and flaky.
- Serve & Enjoy!
